Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Forecast sales performance, analyze data, and present reports to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.
  • Drive digital tools and modern sales practices to improve efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
