Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our national sales operations at Enza Home. This leadership role is critical in shaping the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all retail and B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium/lifestyle retail, team leadership, and strategic sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast sales targets and develop action plans to exceed them.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/state-level sales managers and retail teams.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results, accountability, and customer service.
- Retail & Channel Management:
- Drive performance across Enza Home’s exclusive stores and franchise partners.
- Oversee showroom operations, merchandising standards, and customer engagement practices.
- Explore and expand B2B partnerships (interior designers, real estate developers, hospitality sector).
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track KPIs such as sales volume, growth, margins, footfall conversion, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports to the management team with actionable insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Coordinate product training, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for geographic and channel expansion.
- Support the opening of new stores and onboarding of franchise partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the premium furniture, lifestyle, or retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel as required.
