Sales Head

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales and marketing operations for our upcoming apartment building project in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving revenue targets, and ensuring successful project occupancy within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete sales cycle for the apartment building project.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and train the sales team, ensuring strong performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate partners.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
• Oversee client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth documentation processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach strategies.
• Monitor and optimize sales funnels to increase conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales; apartment/commercial sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Lahore real estate market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
