We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Lahore, driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and brand leadership in Pakistan’s competitive furniture market.

Position Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding Enza Home’s market presence. This role demands a results-driven leader with deep knowledge of the furniture or lifestyle retail industry and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead planning for new store openings, sales campaigns, and promotional initiatives in alignment with brand goals.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure continuous training and development of sales staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages accountability and innovation.

Sales Operations & Performance

  • Oversee retail sales operations across Lahore and nearby regions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation aligned with Enza Home standards.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through service excellence and post-sales engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, pricing, and market demands.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-location retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Urdu; Turkish language familiarity is a plus.
