Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers
• Assist customers with new internet & cable service activations
• Explain packages, pricing plans, and ongoing promotions
• Resolve billing inquiries and service-related concerns
• Upsell and upgrade customer plans where applicable
• Accurately maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/performance targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Confident personality with strong sales and convincing skills
• Ability to work in the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset

Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound sales, telecom, or call center preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong English speaking skills may also apply
