Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. The Sales Intern will support the sales department by assisting with lead generation, client communication, market research, and preparation of sales materials. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT sales and business development within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, contacts, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations when required.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn about IT solutions and services.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
