Sales Intern

We’re Hiring: Sales Interns

We are looking for motivated Sales Interns who want to start their career in Sales and Business Development. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment and the opportunity to learn real-world sales processes.

About the Role

As a Sales Intern, you will support the Sales and Business Development team in day-to-day operations while gaining practical exposure to client communication, lead generation, and deal support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems or tracking sheets
  • Schedule meetings and calls between clients and the sales team
  • Assist in preparing contracts, NDAs, proposals, and invoices
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to support deal closure
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and prospects
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided)
  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Prior internship or experience in sales or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience with email outreach or cold calling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
