Sales Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Intern Cold Caller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales and develop strong communication and persuasion skills. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases
• Introduce company products/services clearly and confidently
• Identify customer needs and generate interest
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Handle objections professionally and persistently follow up
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Freshers (Females) are encouraged to apply (6month experience required)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles (training will be provided)
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
