Salary Range: 1600 AED to 1800 AED

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections. Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our bakery products, including ingredients, prices, and promotions. Offer recommendations and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and displays as needed.
• Promotions and Sales: Actively promote current sales, specials, and loyalty programs to customers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially in a bakery or food service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
