Job Title: Sales Lead – B2B Services

Role Overview

Sukh Exim & Associates Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Lead with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching company services, and closing deals across Digital Marketing, Website & IT Solutions, Accounting & Payroll Services, Branding, and Business Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate 30–50 new leads per month through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct 6–10 qualified client meetings monthly.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions (SEO, Google Ads, website development, accounting services, etc.).
  • Send 8–12 proposals per month and close 2–4 deals.
  • Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₹1–2 Lakhs.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit weekly pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (digital services preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, IT services, or consulting.
  • Target-driven and confident in handling client conversations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Performance Metrics

  • Monthly revenue achievement
  • Minimum 20% proposal-to-closure ratio
  • Pipeline value maintained at 2–3× monthly target

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,266.45 - ₹20,100.14 per month
