Sales Lead (Business Growth & Team Management)

We’re Hiring: Sales Lead (Business Growth & Team Management)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead who can take full ownership of our sales operations, revenue growth, and team performance.

This is a leadership role for someone who can generate business, close deals, manage teams, and scale sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Identify, approach, and close high-value clients
  • Lead and manage the sales team performance and targets
  • Oversee customer support operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Build and manage affiliate marketing channels & partnerships
  • Create and optimize sales funnels and conversion strategies
  • Track KPIs, sales metrics, and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation & brand positioning

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales / business development (IT or services industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Understanding of digital sales, funnels, and affiliate marketing
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
