Roles and responsibilities: (Sales Lead – Food Laboratory)

Role Statement
  • The Sales Lead (Food Laboratory) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in food testing and related laboratory services.
  • The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and improving utilization of laboratory capabilities.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.


Responsibilities & Accountabilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow food testing and related services.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within food producers, exporters, retailers, and regulators.
  • Drive revenue growth and enhance laboratory utilization.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and close commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Ensure full compliance with Bureau Veritas quality, ethics, and HSE requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and management reports.
