About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for sparking interest and setting up meetings for our sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who is curious, results-oriented, and loves to talk to people.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune messaging and targeting.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
