Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Research:
  • Utilize various tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, CRM data) to research and identify potential clients/prospects who align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain and update an accurate database of prospect information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Outreach & Engagement:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound contact (calls, emails, social media) to prospective clients to introduce the company and its offerings.
  • Develop and personalize compelling introductory messages and cold calling scripts to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Handle initial prospect inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Employ established qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess a prospect's fit and readiness for a sales conversation.
  • Successfully pass qualified leads to the Account Executive or Senior Sales team for further follow-up and deal closing.
  • Performance & Reporting:
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and conversion rates.
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings, providing updates on pipeline status and lead generation efforts.
  • Training & Development:
  • Continuously learn about the company's products/services, target markets, and competitive landscape.
  • Seek coaching and mentorship from senior sales staff to refine prospecting and qualification skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or high-volume outreach role (internships count).
  • Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and articulate phone presence. (Arabic & English).
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of daily tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and a willingness to quickly learn new sales engagement tools.
