Sales Lead – Interior Design & Furniture Manufacturing

Job Summary
Blueblock Solutions is seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Lead to grow and manage sales across our interior design studio and furniture manufacturing facility.

This role is responsible for business development, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, restaurant, hotel, and commercial clients. The Sales Lead will act as the primary client advocate throughout each project—ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations, and driving long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.

This is a high-impact role suited to a self-starter who can demonstrate results quickly and contribute meaningfully within the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

1.Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for interior design and furniture manufacturing services
  • Actively acquire and qualify new leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and market presence
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality and commercial clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations

2.Client Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage client relationships from initial engagement through project completion and post-handover
  • Advocate for client needs internally while balancing project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage client expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

3.Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate and attend meetings between clients and the design, production, and delivery teams
  • Ensure client briefs, feedback, and approvals are clearly communicated and documented
  • Support smooth handover between sales, design, manufacturing, and execution phases

4.Market & Brand Development

  • Represent Blue Block Solutions professionally in client meetings and industry events
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in Bahrain
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to support lead generation and brand visibility

Required Skills & Experience

1.Sales & Industry Experience

  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurant, or commercial sectors
  • Prior experience with an interior design firm and/or furniture manufacturing workshop is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client accounts

2.Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is desirable
  • Marketing experience is desirable and considered a strong advantage
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive in Bahrain is mandatory

Language Requirements

  • Arabic language skills are highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required
