Position: Sales Lead – Luxury Real Estate Project

Timing and Location: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat) at Gulberg Lahore
Salary: 150k-220k

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to lead the sales strategy for a luxury real estate project featuring high-end apartments worth crores. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of selling premium properties. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue through targeted strategies aimed at securing buyers for these exclusive apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the sale of luxury apartments.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and real estate agents.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential buyers and opportunities.
  • Organize and attend private viewings, sales events, and showings to showcase the luxury apartments.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Oversee client negotiations, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports to adjust strategies and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in the luxury or high-end property sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with HNWIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate market trends and buyer expectations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
