The Sales Executive is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires understanding client needs, managing relationships, and providing tailored solutions for optimal results in the trading market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and prospect new clients, both in the B2B and B2C sectors, to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Present and sell products/services to clients, utilizing product knowledge to answer inquiries and highlight features/benefits.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:
  • Lead negotiations and close deals by understanding client requirements and presenting customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for potential customers.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, ensuring their queries and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for performance tracking and strategy development.
  • Client Retention:
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Implement customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on all products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and solve challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trading, retail, or wholesale industry. Experience in UAE market sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Saturday, with occasional overtime.
  • Travel: Rare, but occasional travel may be required.
  • Salary: Base salary plus commission based on sales performance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
