Sales Manager

Job description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to client conversion.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and manage relationships with high-value clients.
  • Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration laws and policies to adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Minimum requirement

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience at least 2 years in a sales management role, with specific experience in the immigration.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa processes, and regulations for key destination countries.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Immigration: 2 years (Preferred)
