Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive/ Manager with 2–6 years of experience in AAC Blocks / Building Materials sales to drive business growth in the Mumbai region. The role requires developing new clients, expanding dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of AAC Blocks across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and ensure regular order flow.
  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations for business development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, payments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in sales of AAC Blocks, Building Materials,
  • Strong dealer/channel sales background with ability to generate new business.
  • Good network with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in Mumbai region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

SALARY : Salary: No bar for Right candidate
