Responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Associates who work with prospects to adopt client Talent Solutions.

Lead a world-class, high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Associates and nurture them in their development.

Coach and teach the reps on the team to successfully navigate the sales process and sales cycle (specific acumen in objection handling, negotiation, and prospecting.

Proactively flex management style to meet employee needs and can motivate and inspire excellence from the team.

Consistently meet quarterly revenue goals and objectives (KPIs).

Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices, coaching (through effective 1:1s), performance reviews, developing and inspiring team members.

Coach your team on innovative sales practices to solve customer problems and create deal strategies, especially at CxO level relationships.

Delegate assignments and decisions to empower your team.

Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others.

Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness.

Proactively measures business and team goals and communicates effectively with clarity and conviction.
Requirements:

6+ years of sales experience (Domestic or International Market)
-
3+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/ mentorship experience
-
Experience selling in serviced market
-
Sales and Sales Management experience preferably in a technology, IT, SaaS and/or Human Capital / Consulting
-
Proven track record in both hunting and farming sales

Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market
-
Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team.

Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C-level
