Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the atelier sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, client engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs and repeat customers.
  • Provide styling advice and design-informed recommendations to clients.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee clienteling activities: appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure the atelier’s inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with seasonal collections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or client management within fashion, luxury retail, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of women’s wear, fabrics, and styling (fashion design knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Professional, polished, and passionate about fashion and design.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
