With over 15 years of proven excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a Sales manager to building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, set clear objectives, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies and product development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance to senior management.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on product updates and soft skills to develop the sales team.

Good to Have

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of leading a team,
  • Experience in the EdTech sector is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
