  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and skill development for the sales team on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvement plans when needed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring growth in digital marketing and video production sectors.
  • Identify and target new markets, industries, and client segments.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.
  • Focus on acquiring and managing high-value clients and long-term partnerships.
  • Handle complex negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for major clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to improve services, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, video production, and client industries to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to refine sales approaches.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that complement the company's offerings.
