Our Ideal Sales Manager Candidate Will Have


Al Zorah Beach Resort is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow business in the MICE, Corporate, and Social Events segments, as well as lead sales efforts. This role will play a crucial part in positioning the resort as a top destination for events, meetings, and leisure travel, while cultivating long-term partnerships with key clients and agencies


Sales & Market Development


  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on MICE corporates, MICE agencies, corporate accounts, and social events planners.
  • Identify and engage potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads through sales calls, roadshows, trade fairs, familiarization trips, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and DMCs.


Client Relationship Management


  • Conduct site inspections, respond promptly to RFPs/RFQs, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure seamless handover and communication with operations and events teams to deliver successful and flawless experience.
  • Maintain high levels of client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance in MICE and corporate segments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic plans for senior management.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on MICE, corporates, and international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale events, conferences, and group bookings.
  • Strong network and experience in dealing with MICE agencies and corporate procurement teams.
  • Knowledge of international and regional travel patterns and buyers.
  • Familiarity with hotel CRM systems
