Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and industry professionals.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients, introducing them to Mercure Crafts' offerings.
  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings and showroom visits with architects and clients to present our brand’s product line and capabilities.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to expanding the company’s professional network.
  • Act as the brand ambassador of Mercure Crafts in the market, ensuring a consistent and professional representation of our values and products.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and luxury interiors industry movements to strategically position Mercure in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the luxury interiors, furniture, or architectural products industry.
  • Strong networking skills with an existing base of architect and designer contacts preferred.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,201.08 - ₹120,850.48 per month
