We create architecture that blends design excellence with seamless execution, delivering high-quality spaces across South India. --- Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager to expand our presence in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within construction, interiors, real estate, or allied industries. This role demands a self-driven professional who can connect with business owners, explain our services, and convert leads into long-term clients. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy for Tamil Nadu & Kerala markets. Identify and build relationships with business owners, real estate developers, and brand decision-makers. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, meetings, proposal presentation, to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inquiries into qualified leads and clients. Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, business events, and industry associations. Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable deal closures. Track sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management. --- Required Skillsets Proven sales experience (5+ years) in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, or related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills in English + Tamil + Malayalam (preferred). Ability to network with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel across Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Knowledge of regional business culture and client mindset.
