Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven sales manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Duties

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences through innovative graphic design, photography, and video editing.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to manage social media accounts efficiently.
• Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor social listening metrics to gauge audience sentiment and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging and branding across all channels.
• Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation across various platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is highly desirable.
• Experience in digital marketing strategies including branding, public relations, and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from web analytics tools effectively.
