Role Overview:

Valma Creations Private Limited is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of sales experience specifically in the IT sector, with a proven ability to lead remote teams and close high-value deals.

This is a fully remote role suited for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by closing deals within the IT domain, aligning with company targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT space.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on IT solutions/services.
• Analyze IT market trends to uncover new opportunities and optimize sales strategy.
• Build long-term relationships with key IT clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, marketing) to align IT sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to leadership.
• Lead and mentor a remote IT sales team, ensuring target achievement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in the IT industry (software, services, or solutions).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding IT sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a distributed environment.
• Ability to understand and sell technical IT solutions to clients.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• English proficiency preferred.
