Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our team and lead the expansion of our Life Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build, recruit, and lead their own sales team while developing and executing strategies to drive new business and achieve sales goals. This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader who thrives in a start-up-like environment, has a proven track record in life insurance sales, and is passionate about growing a team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Building & Leadership
• Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team focused on selling life insurance products.
• Conduct interviews, select qualified candidates, and create an onboarding process for new sales team members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture where agents are motivated and accountable.
• Lead by example in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales.
• Provide ongoing leadership, training, and coaching to ensure continuous growth and success of the team.

Sales Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve team and company revenue targets.
• Identify key market opportunities, develop relationships with prospects, and drive new business generation.
• Utilize your knowledge of the life insurance market to position products to meet client needs strategically.
• Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
