We’re Hiring at La Boutique Collection Real Estate: Team Manager / Sales Manager

La Boutique Collection is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead, train, and motivate our growing team of agents. If you’re passionate about real estate, people, and performance — this role is for you.

As our new Team Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping agent success and ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor new agents to ensure a strong start

Daily follow-ups to keep agents on track and accountable

Motivate and push the team to achieve their sales targets

Keep our CRM system updated and organized

Stay on top of all new projects and developers in the market

Lead weekly team meetings and provide market reports and insights

Maintain regular communication with agents and report directly to management

You Are:

A confident leader with a proactive mindset

Experienced in real estate, sales management, or team leadership

Tech-savvy and comfortable managing a CRM

Knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market

Organized, energetic, and results-driven
