Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the co-working and real estate sectors by developing strategies, acquiring clients, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role requires expertise in both flexible workspace sales and real estate property transactions, along with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to negotiations and closures—while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement sales plans focused on co-working spaces and real estate projects.
  • Drive occupancy growth for co-working facilities and sales for residential/commercial properties.
  • Identify new markets, corporate clients, startups, and investors for business expansion.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Generate leads through networking, brokers, referrals, property exhibitions, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, startups, corporates, and investors.
  • Conduct property tours and workspace walkthroughs, addressing client requirements and closing deals.
  • Advise clients on property values, rental structures, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales executives specializing in co-working and real estate.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Motivate and mentor the sales team to enhance conversions and customer engagement.
  • Market Research & Business Growth
  • Stay updated on trends in co-working, commercial leasing, and real estate property sales.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and client demand to refine sales approaches.
  • Develop partnerships with brokers, developers, and corporates for pipeline growth.
  • Sales Operations & Documentation
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and compliance for co-working leases and property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and pipeline reports.
  • Present regular MIS, sales performance, and forecasting reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in co-working and/or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of co-working business models, leasing, and flexible workspace trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, RERA regulations, and property transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in both occupancy (co-working) and property sales (real estate).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
  • Strong professional network with brokers, corporates, developers, and investors.
  • High energy, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic co-working and real estate market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
