Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market . The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
  • Train and guide new agents to improve performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to enhance lead generation and closing rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market and developer projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
