About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and proven sales professional with hands-on experience in software and enterprise solutions sales. You take ownership of your goals, approach challenges with persistence and positivity, and consistently look for ways to improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business prospects through multiple channels including on-field visits, calls, emails, and professional networks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for qualified leads, articulating value propositions effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and deliver a WOW experience at every stage.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
  • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Achieve customer acquisition and retention goals within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction scores and positive client feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B Enterprise Software Sales—preferably ERP, CRM, or Business Process Automation solutions, Odoo,Zoho,Sage etc.
  • Mandatory UAE market experience with a strong network in the region.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in technology and digital transformation solutions.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.

Compensation

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
