Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin in line with operation

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses

Providing line Manager with market feedback

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management

Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales Executive’s sales and activity performance
