As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that attract new partners, strengthen existing relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. You’ll represent our company and ensure our brand remains a top destination for fun, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new B2B and B2C business opportunities within the hospitality and leisure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, schools, and group partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with operations and guest services teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality, waterpark, or leisure industries within the UAE.
  • Strong network of industry contacts across corporate, travel, and tourism sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
