Your Daily Operations:

  • Generate new business opportunities across partners, enterprise clients, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in fintech, banking, and government.
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends, competition, and opportunities in Oman.
  • Develop sales strategies for different segments and regions, focusing on both new and existing clients.
  • Expand Paymob’s presence across Oman's governorates and support brand visibility.
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape offerings.
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships with businesses, financial institutions, and gateways.
  • Own the sales pipeline, drive closures, and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee sales processes end-to-end.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory updates.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in fintech/payments/tech).
  • Proven ability to manage and close deals across multiple segments.
  • Strong understanding of the Omani market and local business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
