Our client is a global speciality chemical manufacturer is hiring for Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding the customer portfolio in KSA. This role involves driving annual budget targets, developing account plans, and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategy. He/She will work closely with the distribution network, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with technical teams to launch new products. The position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to inspire others while maintaining profitability.


Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales & KPI targets (volume & value)

• Develop new customers & grow existing accounts

• Manage distributors/agents and onboard new partners

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

• Track market trends, competitors, and product opportunities

• Collaborate with technical teams for product promotion


Products: Dispersing & Wetting Additives, Defoamers, Rheology Modifiers, Flow & Leveling Additives, Anti-Settling Agents, Driers, Pigments, Inks


Requirements:

• 8–10 years in specialty chemicals sales

• Proven distribution network in KSA

• Experience with key, mid, and small accounts across GCC

• Willingness to travel (~50%)
