Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in the healthcare or medical sales industry
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Valid driving license
