We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of oil & gas products, project-based sales, and key industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals in the oil & gas sector
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, operators, and service companies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for project execution
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of oil & gas products, services, and project cycles
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in handling tenders, RFQs, and long-term contracts
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B and project-based sales
Strong network within the oil & gas industry
Strategic planning and pipeline management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
