Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and manage client relationships for our Services. This role requires strong sales expertise, end-to-end ownership of client engagements, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle; from initial outreach to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Pitch & Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches, clearly communicating the value of Agile MTech’s cybersecurity and IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and post-sale engagement.
  • Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals aligned with both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Target-Based Sales Execution: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
  • Pre- & Post-Sales Coordination: Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction.
  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with solution vendors to ensure product alignment, timely updates, and effective support for client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
