We are looking for a highly driven, field-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, actively generate leads through field visits, networking, and healthcare events, achieve revenue targets, and build a high-performing sales team. This role involves full ownership of sales strategy, execution, team leadership, and business growth, offering strong career growth, leadership exposure, and performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Actively visit hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and healthcare centers to generate leads and close deals
  • Represent InstaCare at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients with the sales team
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set KPIs, monitor daily activities, and ensure target achievement
  • Plan and manage field schedules, client visits, and territory coverage
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools, including forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage escalations
  • Work closely with Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, preferably in Healthcare IT / Medical / Software Sales
  • Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and deal-closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and corporate meetings
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and performance reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
