Sales Manager

Location: Magnum Clinic
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reports To: Clinic Director / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the clinic’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and maximizing treatment conversion at Magnum Clinic. This role oversees the patient coordination and sales team, ensures achievement of monthly revenue targets, improves case acceptance rates, and develops strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention. The Sales Manager plays a key role in aligning marketing efforts with sales performance to achieve overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities1️ Revenue & Target Management

Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Monitor daily sales performance and conversion ratios

Develop strategies to increase treatment case acceptance

Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities

2️ Team Leadership & Training

Lead, train, and supervise patient coordinators/sales executives

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions

Improve objection-handling and closing skills within the team

Ensure accountability and target-driven culture

3️ Treatment Conversion & Patient Sales

Oversee treatment plan presentations and pricing discussions

Handle high-value cases and complex treatment negotiations

Implement follow-up systems for pending treatments

Improve average case value and upselling strategies

4️ Marketing & Business Development

Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns

Track lead quality and ROI from ads and promotions

Develop referral programs and patient retention strategies

Build partnerships for corporate or insurance tie-ups

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in dental/healthcare sales

At least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Experience with CRM or dental management software preferred
