Sales Manager

We are expanding our Real Estate Sales Team and looking for passionate and target-driven individuals for the following positions:

Sales Manager / Sales Assistant Manager / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Generate leads through calls, meetings, and site visits

·        Deal with clients for residential & commercial property sales

·        Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

·        Conduct project presentations and property briefings

·        Follow up with potential buyers and investors

·        Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers

·        Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & events

·        Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        Experience in Real Estate sales

·        Strong communication & negotiation skills

·        Confident personality with professional appearance

·        Target-oriented mindset

·        Good knowledge of the property market
