Job Overview

Mobile Tyre Giant is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Train and mentor sales agents on product knowledge, communication, and closing techniques
• Oversee verification calls and ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
• Experience in automotive, tyre services, or service-based sales is a plus
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
