Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management (40%):

Hold full P&L accountability for the Omani branch, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

Develop and execute the comprehensive business strategy for Oman, aligning with ELM's global corporate objectives.

Define the long-term vision for the subsidiary, identifying new market opportunities and directing investments to maximize returns.

Ensure the financial health of the branch through rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.

Present quarterly and annual business performance reviews to the ELM Group Board/Executive Committee.
Business Development & Contract Stewardship (30%)

Serve as the primary custodian of all existing multi-million-dollar client contracts, guaranteeing flawless delivery, client satisfaction, and contract renewal/growth.

Lead the charge in identifying, negotiating, and securing new major contracts, directly engaging with C-level executives and key government officials.

Act as the company's ultimate representative in high-stakes negotiations and partnership discussions.

Build and maintain strategic relationships at the highest levels of business and government to unlock new avenues for growth.
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership (20%)

Provide inspirational leadership to all local teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and excellence.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects and contracts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-tier leadership team and workforce capable of achieving ambitious growth targets.

Establish and enforce robust operational and governance frameworks for the subsidiary.
Government & Regulatory Affairs (10%)

Serve as the principal liaison with Omani authorities, ensuring full compliance with all local laws, regulations, and commercial requirements.

Manage all administrative processes, including branch registration, licensing, and statutory reporting.

Represent ELM in official capacities, strengthening the company's reputation and standing within the Omani business community.
Education & Professional Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor Degree in a related field, with a minimum of
5 years
of senior leadership experience in a related field.

Minimum of 8+ years of robust experience in driving IT & Consulting strategic sales within Oman’s government sector
