About AMRG
Alliance Medical Revenue Group (AMRG) is a U.S.-focused outsourced medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company headquartered in Austin, Texas. We help independent outpatient practices across the United States maximize their revenue, reduce claim denials, and eliminate billing inefficiencies — so physicians can focus entirely on patient care. Our clients span primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health, pain management, cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, and pediatrics. We are a lean, high-performance team growing fast. This is a ground-floor opportunity to directly shape the sales function of a company with serious momentum.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven background in medical billing or healthcare services to lead and scale our outbound sales operation. You will own the full sales function — pipeline management, team performance, closing strategy, and process improvement. This is a player-coach role: you manage the team and carry your own responsibility for results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling into U.S. healthcare practices, understands the language of revenue cycle management, and knows how to communicate confidently with physicians and practice administrators. If you have been in medical billing or healthcare services sales before and have the numbers to show for it, we want to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales representatives through daily standups, call reviews, and performance tracking
- Train new and existing reps on cold calling scripts, objection handling, CRM usage, and outreach best practices specific to healthcare decision makers
- Personally conduct outbound calls as a player-coach — contributing directly to pipeline generation alongside the team
- Own the lead generation process end to end — identify target markets, research prospective clinics and practices, and build structured lead lists segmented by specialty, geography, and decision maker
- Maintain and enforce clean lead data standards across the team — verify contact accuracy, remove duplicates, track lead status, and ensure every record in the system is actionable
- Assign daily lead batches to reps, track coverage, and refresh the pipeline with new prospects on a consistent cadence
- Monitor daily KPIs: dials, contact rates, warm signals, and discovery calls booked — report to founders daily
- Qualify warm leads and book discovery calls for senior leadership
- Collaborate with founders on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy based on real market feedback
- Identify objections and patterns from the field to continuously sharpen the sales approach
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials for the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role — medical billing or healthcare services experience is required, not preferred
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical billing sales with verifiable results — you should be able to speak to specific numbers, client wins, and team performance you have driven Deep familiarity with U.S. healthcare practices, RCM terminology, and the language physicians and practice managers respond to
- Hands-on experience building and managing lead generation processes — sourcing, segmenting, and maintaining high-quality lead data for outbound sales teams
- Strong understanding of lead data hygiene — deduplication, contact verification, status tracking, and list segmentation by specialty or geography
- Excellent spoken and written English — you will communicate directly with U.S.-based physicians and healthcare decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team to consistently hit targets
- Strong command of outbound sales workflows: cold calling, CRM management, and pipeline tracking
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple reps, lead lists, and data sets simultaneously
- Self-motivated and fully accountable — this is a remote role that requires strong ownership and discipline
- Ability to work night shift hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time consistently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still being built and improved
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: PKR 60,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, based on experience
- Commission: Performance-based commission paid in USD on top of base salary
- Work Type: Fully Remote
- Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (aligned to US business hours)
- Growth: Direct access to founders with significant growth opportunity as the company scales
Who We Are Looking For
We do not want a manager who sits behind a dashboard all day. We want someone who has sold into U.S. healthcare practices before, understands the billing world, and can lead a team while staying in the trenches themselves. If you have a real track record in medical billing or healthcare services sales — not just general B2B — and you take full ownership without being asked, this role was built for you.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Can you briefly describe your experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or medical billing services, including the types of clients you’ve sold to and your role in the sales process?
- Do you have sales experience in Medical Billing or RCM within the U.S. market? Applications without relevant RCM sales experience will not be considered.
Work Location: Remote
