Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager, develop effective strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
  • Improve sales processes for better efficiency and conversion

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales
