Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales efforts in a fast-growing digital services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, team leadership, and revenue growth, with the ability to drive performance in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and optimize sales funnels
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Oversee lead management, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital services industry
  • Exposure to international markets (e.g., Australia, UK, or US)
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
