Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales efforts in a fast-growing digital services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, team leadership, and revenue growth, with the ability to drive performance in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and optimize sales funnels
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee lead management, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital services industry
- Exposure to international markets (e.g., Australia, UK, or US)
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
