Qualification: 3+ year sales experience in bakery or retail industry.

Job Role:

• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance across all branches.
• Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve average transaction value.
• Expand sales channels (retail branches, B2B accounts, delivery platforms).
• Propose promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Analyze product performance and identify best- and low-selling items.
• Enhance customer experience and support service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure product availability.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify and secure new B2B opportunities (hotels, restaurants, corporate clients).
