About the company: Mangalore based construction company

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales management experience, and the ability to build, motivate, and guide a successful sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall sales management and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
  • Ensure recruitment and placement of the right candidates in all sales positions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Track, analyze, and follow up on sales activities to ensure consistent performance.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to evaluate team progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and new client acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving results.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Working hours – 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
